MythCoders guarantees that your hosted website/application will be available 99.00% of the time measured on a monthly aggregate. This means no more than 7 hours and 14 minutes of downtime per month.

We also guarantee that 99.00% of all requests to websites/applications hosted with us will respond within 2 seconds.

In the event your website availability or response times fall below either of our thresholds MythCoders will issue an account credit for that downtime.
